Belt deviation is the most common fault of belt conveyor. In order to solve this kind of fault, we should pay attention to the dimensional accuracy of installation and daily maintenance. There are many reasons for the deviation, which need to be treated differently according to different reasons:
1. Adjust the bearing roller set. Belt line in the belt conveyor in the middle of the deviation can adjust the position of the roller group to adjust the deviation; The mounting holes on both sides of the idler group are processed as long holes during manufacturing for adjustment. The specific method is to which side the belt is biased, which side of the idler group moves forward in the direction of the belt, or the other side moves back. The lower part of the roller set should move to the left and the upper part of the roller set should move to the right.
2. Install the aligning roller set. There are many types of aligning roller group, such as intermediate rotating shaft type, four-link type, vertical roller type and so on. Its principle is to use the blocking or roller rotation in the horizontal direction to block or produce transverse thrust so that the belt automatically centripetal to adjust the belt deviation. Generally, this method is more reasonable when the total length of the belt conveyor is short or the belt line runs in both directions. The reason is that the shorter belt conveyor is easier to run off and not easy to adjust. And long belt conveyor is not recommended to use this method, because the use of the altener roller group will have a certain impact on the service life of the belt.
3. Adjust the position of driving drum and reversing drum. The adjustment of driving drum and reversing drum is an important part of belt deviation adjustment. Because a belt conveyor has at least 2 to 5 rollers, the installation position of all rollers must be perpendicular to the belt conveyor length direction of the center line, if the deviation is too large will inevitably run off. The adjustment method is similar to the adjustment of idlers. For the head drum such as the belt to the right side of the drum run off, the right bearing seat should move forward, the belt conveyor to the left side of the drum run off, the left bearing seat should move forward, corresponding to the left side of the bearing seat or the right side of the bearing seat move back. The adjustment method of the tail drum is just opposite to the head drum. After repeated adjustment until the belt is adjusted to a better position, it should be accurately installed before adjusting the drive or changing to the drum.
4. Adjustment of tension. The adjustment of belt tensioning is a very important part in the deviation adjustment of belt conveyor. The two reversing rollers on the upper part of the weight tensioning should be perpendicular to the gravity perpendicular in addition to the belt length direction, that is, to ensure that the center line of the shaft is horizontal. When using spiral tensioning or hydraulic cylinder tensioning, the two bearing seats of the tensioning drum should be shifted simultaneously to ensure that the axis of the drum is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the belt. The specific belt deviation adjustment method is similar to that of the roller.
5, two-way operation of the belt conveyor belt deviation adjustment than one-way belt line deviation adjustment is relatively difficult, in the specific adjustment should be adjusted in a certain direction, and then adjust the other direction. When adjusting, carefully observe the relationship between belt movement direction and deviation trend, and adjust one by one. The focus should be on the driving drum and the adjustment of the reversing drum, followed by the adjustment of the roller and the adjustment of the material falling point. At the same time, attention should be paid to the belt in the curing joint should make the belt section length of the force on the direction of uniform, in the use of lead chain traction on both sides of the force as much as possible.
