The production of the assembly line is based on production equipment and unit operations of products. Employees are required to have a high comprehensive quality, whether it is operational skills, cultural level, product awareness, must have a certain level. Manual work is employee-oriented, labor-intensive production, requiring employees to have strong manual skills and not high requirements for employees' education level. These industries are mostly based on physical labor, while containing some manual skills to assist production.

However, the production line did not exist at the beginning. At the beginning, the products of many enterprises were produced in stages. Now it is changed to assembly line production, which requires the management to control effectively in the assembly line production process. In the process of assembly line production management, human is a positive and active factor. Compared with other production factors, human is always dominant and belongs to D resource. Water, electricity and material resources are not renewable after they are used up, but people are different. After a day's work, they have a meal and a few hours' rest, and then return to their original power. Therefore, in the production management of the assembly line, how to mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of the operator, so that it can be used, the material is the key.

Management to strictly check, do a few points:

1, the main point of assembly line control is balance, do not have bottlenecks. Doing a good job in the balance of production line is basic;

2. Pay attention to the accumulation of the assembly line. Once the accumulation occurs on the assembly line, it is necessary to coordinate and deal with it immediately;

3, product processes should be evenly distributed, personnel management discipline should be unified;

4. Designate a key process as the quality control point in the assembly line, and assign a group leader to a station behind the assembly line for initial inspection. Some products can be repaired immediately.

5, calculate the tempo and utilization rate, equipment integrity rate and maintenance rate, material consistency, etc. Mainly SOP control.

6, if there is equipment, OEE indicators are very important. But for quality, it is important to add proper anti-stay, or batch scrape will be serious.
